The man who killed a dog in a "disgusting" manner by muzzling it with duct tape and slitting its throat has been ordered to do 160 hours of community service.
Matthew David William Kepa was sentenced in the Thames District Court yesterday for killing a dog in a way that involved unreasonable or unnecessary pain or distress.
