DNA evidence is mounting against a Kiwi man caught up in an international love triangle, a court in Dubai has heard.
Toby Carroll appeared in court on Wednesday, where he denied having consensual sex with two women.
Dubai prosecutors charged the two women, Briton Danielle Spencer, 31, and Brazilian Priscila Ferreira, 25, with allowing 33-year-old investment banker Carroll to have illicit sex with them outside of marriage in the strict Muslim emirate.
An expert told the court that DNA tests could prove Carroll had sex with Spencer, Gulf News reported.
