Whai Ngata's ONZM was for services to Maori broadcasting and television and Jim Douglas' Companion of the Order of Merit (CNZM) for services to agricultural science.
Yesterday Warehouse founder Mr Tindall got his DCNZM, for services to business and the community, while Tietjens received his CNZM insignia.
Today Dr Rodney Wilson, a CNZM for services to museum and art gallery administration, is one of a group to be honoured.
