Disgraced Queenstown postie Philippa Lynette Lindsay has admitted stealing thousands of pieces of mail destined for Wakatipu homes in the Queenstown District Court.
Lindsay, 32, was to have been committed for trial this week on the indictably laid charge of theft by a person in a special relationship.
Defence counsel Phena Byrne told Judge Michael Turner there was no agreed summary of fact at this stage and there were still some "issues with figures to be ironed out".
Lindsay will be sentenced on April 8 in the Queenstown District Court and while Judge Turner sought a pre-sentence report to address community and home detention, he warned that was no indication of her sentence.
