A Christchurch education director dismissed after the YMCA alleged she failed to disclose the rape of a student has been temporarily reinstated.
Roz Service was dismissed by the Christchurch YMCA in December after an internal inquiry found she had failed to disclose the incident to the chief executive, leading to a loss of trust and confidence.
Ms Service insisted to the Employment Relations Authority that she had informed the chief executive.
