An immigration consultant who forged documents to help Tongans gain residency in New Zealand has lost his appeal against deportation.
Sione Fisiipeau, 35, was convicted of a total of 23 offences, including nine of supplying false or misleading information under the immigration legislation, six of forgery and eight of altering documents under the Crimes Act.
