Traffic is heavy at Greville Rd heading southbound after a broken down truck temporarily blocked the middle lane near the roundabout. Congestion picks up again between Esmonde Rd and the Harbour Bridge.
Meanwhile, a breakdown clear of lanes near the St Lukes on-ramp is causing delays for westbound traffic on the Northwestern Motorway. Traffic is heavy again between Great North Rd and Lincoln Rd.
Church St is closed between the Onehunga Mall and Galway St due to downed power poles. The NZ Transport Agency said to follow emergency services directions.
Congestion is heavy between Newmarket and Greenlane, again in patches between East Tamaki and Takanini heading southbound on the Southern Motorway. Citybound traffic is heavy between Ellerslie and Greenlane.
The Southwestern is heavy approaching the Southern Link, meanwhile, congestion is moderate to heavy between George Bolt Memorial Dr and Neilson St heading northbound.
