Motorists are being warned of delays after a truck rolled in the Karangahake Gorge betwen Paeroa and Waihi this morning.
The truck rolled around 8.30am, but the driver was not injured in the crash.
A Police spokesman said it was likely the road would be closed for a number ofhours when a crane arrived to remove the truck.

Due to a truck crash on SH2 between Paeroa & Waihi, one lane is now BLOCKED in the Mackaytown area. Traffic management is in place, however motorists have been advised to #AvoidTheArea or delay your journey if possible. ^TY pic.twitter.com/z3CzLR9IGl
