KEY POINTS:
Yet another delay in the extradition hearing for Bryan Archer.
The 60-year-old Tauranga man is accused of being part of a multi-billion dollar attempt to defraud the Bank of England. Although the British are still pursuing extradition, the necessary papers have not yet arrived in New Zealand.
Tauranga District court judge Thomas Ingram told prosecutor Greg Hollister-Jones that he is losing patience with the ongoing delays and asked him to make the British authorities aware of his displeasure.
Archer will be back in court next month.
