The dedication of the New Zealand Memorial in London early on Sunday morning NZ time will be covered live on TV One.
Tony Holden, general manager of commissioning and production at TVNZ, said the network is broadcasting the event because of its significance to New Zealanders and the fact that apart from Australia, no other countries have such a memorial in Britain.
TVNZ will provide footage of the ceremony to Maori Television and to broadcasters in the UK and other countries.
Coverage will start on TV One at 3am on Sunday. An edited replay will screen at 10am.
