Decision reserved on Medical Protection Society application

A decision on the Medical Protection Society's application to be heard during a judicial review into the awarding by the Auckland region's three health boards of laboratory testing contracts to Labtests has been reserved.

The group represents the Medical Association, several GPs, specialists and primary health organisations.
