KEY POINTS:
The legal row over television coverage of the Rugby World Cup headed back to court today but no final decision has been made.
TV3 claims its exclusive footage is being stolen by Sky for use on its programmes.
TV3 owner MediaWorks, which holds the exclusive rights to broadcast the World Cup, signed an agreement with TVNZ and Sky allowing extended access to World Cup footage for news.
It says Sky has illegally and unethically used footage which was outside the agreement.
Sky says it has a legal right under the Copyright Act to use the footage because it is reporting on a current event.
TV3 reported tonight that the High Court had reserved its decision, meaning an interim injunction granted on Wednesday will remain in place.
