A decision on the future of Aorangi School in Christchurch is expected this morning.
A two day judicial review took place at the High Court in Christchurch last week as the school fought to stay open.
Education Minister Anne Tolley previously announced that the Government was not prepared to spend millions of dollars to upgrade the school to the required standard.
Justice French will announce the fate of the school and its 88 students today. Currently, the school is scheduled to close at the end of January.
