The man whose body was pulled from Wellington Harbour yesterday has been identified.
Graham Hutcheon, 57, from Upper Hutt, was believed to be a passenger on an Interislander ferry on Sunday night.
Police found his body yesterday afternoon. A post-mortem examination was completed today, and police are awaiting the final results.
"We are continuing to work with the Interislander to establish if he was a passenger on the 8pm sailing on Sunday," said Detective Senior Sergeant Mike Sears.
Police are also searching his vehicle, which was found a short distance from the ferry terminal.
