'Dead man' flies from NZ

A 56-year-old Australian millionaire, charged with faking his own death five years ago, was nabbed after flying from New Zealand.

Harry Gordon was arrested at Sydney Airport on Monday.

Gordon appeared in Waverley Local Court yesterday charged with conspiracy to defraud, obtaining a financial advantage by deception and passport offences.

He was remanded in custody.
