Three DB drinks are being recalled due to possible problems with the bottles' glass rims breaking.
DB Breweries said on its website that it was recalling batches of Flame lager, Barrel 51 bourbon and cola and Fuse vodka drink as the glass rim may break during opening due to a packaging defect.
The Flame lager recall is for the 330ml lager sold in the North Island only with a best before date from July 2011 to October 11, and in the South Island with a best before date of September 2011.
The Fuse recall is for all flavours in the 330ml size with best before dates from September 2011 to December 2011, and the Barrel 51 recall is for the 330ml size with best before dates from March 2012 to June 2012.
They are all sold in supermarkets, specialist liquor stores and some restaurants and bars and involve glass packaging only.
Customers who have bought the drinks have been asked to return them to their retailer for a refund or replacement with like stock.
Anyone concerned with their health is asked to seek medical advice.
The recall does not affect any Flame, Barrel 51 and Fuse drinks produced outside these dates.
