Lawyers for David Bain are working hard on the convicted murderer's appeal for a retrial, to be heard by the Privy Council on March 8.
Auckland barrister Michael Reed, QC, and his associates said the London hearing would be held over five days.
Affidavits from 41 witnesses would be presented. They included scientists, pathologists and experts who gave evidence heard by the Court of Appeal in Wellington, but not the original jury.
He said errors from the original trial and evidence not disclosed by police would also be put to the Privy Council.
