A Runanga man - who says he has seen so many bad driving incidents he decided to install a dash-mounted camera - spotted this rental car driving on the wrong side of the road as it approached a roundabout in Greymouth.
Pat Nicholls said the bad driving was fairly low key, given the other vehicles on the Tainui Street roundabout on Saturday morning were travelling slowly.
"Luckily everybody else had their wits about them... it was a pretty low speed."
Greymouth police staff said this morning the particular incident had not been reported, but motorists were encouraged to get in touch as soon as possible.
Police were particularly keen to receive dash cam footage, and motorists also had the option of reporting by dialling *555.
