The Stena Alegra ferry has resumed normal sailing after repairs on a damaged propeller were completed.
Tests carried out have been successful, a spokeswoman for Kiwi Rail said, and the Cook Strait ferry will resume a normal sailing timetable from this evening.
The ferry had been out of action for six days after the propeller was damaged.
