The wife of James Junior Lawrie, who is accused of murdering an Auckland dairy worker eight days ago, was ordered out of court today when her husband reappeared in the dock.
Lawrie and his wife signalled to each other until she was ordered out of Auckland District Court by Judge Cecilie Rushton.
Lawrie is accused of murdering Auckland dairy worker Bhagubhai Vaghela, 58, who was shot dead as he worked in an inner city Eden Terrace dairy.
Lawrie is also accused of five aggravated robberies.
He was arrested in Auckland on Friday night.
Lawrie was remanded in custody until July 8 for another appearance.
