The dairy industry is crying out for graduates with management and production skills, offering starting salaries of $40,000-plus.

Massey and Lincoln universities are promoting a "Windows on Dairying" roadshow at universities and high schools, to attract students into the dairy sector to cover expected big expansion in the next five years.
