About 350 Child, Youth and Family workers plan to strike for two days this week, seeking equal treatment with their social worker colleagues.
National Union of Public Employees organiser Lynda Boyd said mediation last week failed to avert the 48-hour strike, to begin at 6.30am tomorrow.
