Police have named the cyclist who died after a crash in Palmerston North on Monday.
He was 46-year-old Desmond Young of Palmerston North.
Police say the accident happened around 3pm on Featherston St.
Despite efforts of emergency services Young died at the scene.
The Serious Crash Unit were continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
