Cyclist hospitalised after being hit by car in Auckland

A male cyclist was taken to hospital with minor injuries after being hit by a car in Auckland's Herne Bay this morning.

Emergency services were called to West End Rd at 7am.

The cyclist was taken to Auckland City Hospital.
