Rotorua police are calling for help from the public after two aggravated robberies in the early hours of Monday.
Three offenders approached two victims and threatened them with a firearm, stealing personal effects from them, including cellphones, before driving away.
The first incident occurred at 5.15am on the corner of Fairview Rd and Gordon Rd, where the victim was waiting to be picked up for work.
The second was at 5.20am on Clayton Rd as the victim walked towards Gem St.
The offenders were travelling in an older grey or silver four-door sedan, described as possibly a Nissan Primera or Bluebird.
