The man charged with a home invasion on the North Shore earlier this month also allegedly sexually violated a woman at the house, according to court documents.
Jay Baden Morris-Stewart, 26, has been charged with one count of sexual violation and one charge of unlawfully entering a house.
The offending relates to an incident in Greenhithe on February 5 when a couple allegedly woke to find a strange man in their bedroom in a home invasion early on the Sunday morning.
Police there was a "brief dialogue" before the man allegedly jumped out the bathroom window and ran away barefoot.
A public appeal for information led to Morris-Stewart's arrest.
