Cameron Diaz has won damages from Los Angeles photographer John Rutter, convicted of using a forged approval to sell topless pictures of the actress.

Rutter was sentenced last year to four years in jail for tring to blackmail Diaz, 33, with bondage-theme photos taken when she was a 19-year-old model. Diaz and Rutter sued each other in civil court over the dispute, which Rutter called a misunderstanding.
