CHICAGO - A Missouri boy held captive for more than four years was kidnapped at gunpoint, according to court documents obtained by United States media.
Michael Devlin, 41, was charged with kidnapping and armed criminal action yesterday in Shawn Hornbeck's abduction in 2002.
A court statement said Devlin, "abducted [Shawn] utilising force for the purpose of terrorising the victim ... Devlin flourished a handgun in order to gain compliance of the minor child."
