Criminal proceedings against two directors of failed finance company Bridgecorp were today adjourned until June.
The case involving Rod Petricevic and Robert Roest was back in Auckland District Court this morning for a procedural matter and adjourned until June 16, for the possible setting of a depositions date.
The pair, who have been charged under the Securities Act and the Companies Act, are alleged to have signed a false prospectus and made untrue statements in an advertisement.
Bridgecorp collapsed in 2007 owing 14,500 investors almost $460 million.
