A Wellington organisation that works with homeless people has lambasted dairy owners who are offering known addicts credit on alcohol and solvents.
Di Landy of the Downtown Community Ministry said: "Shop owners across Wellington are preying on the damaging addictions of a group of well-known street drinkers."
