New Zealand's most inspiring teacher is a crazy music teacher.
Robert Loretz from Massey High School has taken the title for this year.
He was chosen after a month-long search of more than 1,000 teachers around the country.
Mr Loretz was nominated multiple times, and praised for his hilarious and unorthodox teaching methods.
As well as the esteemed title, Robert Loretz gets a $5,000 holiday, school supplies, and a smartphone.
