Police have warned motorists heading into Wellington on State Highway 2 to expect delays after a crash at Horokiwi this morning.
Multiple cars were involved in the collision around 7am, but there are no reported injuries.
The road is now clear, but the NZ Transport Agency is warning motorists to expect delays as congestion eases in the area.
Motorists are asked to delay travel if possible, and to have patience.
Police and emergency services are also attending an incident in Blenheim where a car hit a pedestrian, leaving the pedestrian in a critical condition. The accident happened at the corner of Colemans Rd and Orchard Lane at 6.20am.
