Crash causes power outage in west Auckland

Nearly 80 homes are without power after a car hit a transformer in west Auckland earlier tonight.

Vector reported the outage at 8.55pm, saying an area fault meant 78 homes would be left in the dark until at least 1am tomorrow morning.
