KEY POINTS:
A two car nose-to-tail on the Wellington motorway Aotea off-ramp is backing traffic up.
Emergency services are clearing the scene while traffic congestion is backing up 300 metres from the ramp.
Sergeant Mark Oliver said there were no reports of injuries.
