KEY POINTS:
Auckland man Seong Won Lee, 40, has lost a bid to get a case against him moved from the Tokoroa District Court to Waitakere.
Lee was driving the Korean tour bus which crashed south of Tokoroa in February. All 15 tourists on board were injured, with three women losing their right arms.
Police have laid 12 charges of careless driving causing injury and Lee has entered a plea of not guilty. His defended hearing will begin on September 27 in Tokoroa.
