A crane driver is stuck inside a toppled container crane at Wellington Port this morning.
The man appeared to be uninjured following the incident, which took place around 4.50am at CentrePort at Wellington wharf.

A container straddle - a large crane used to transport containers at the port - had toppled over with the driver still inside, central police communications acting shift commander Mark Oliver said.
Police, Fire and Ambulance were all at the scene, attempting to secure the crane and extract the man.
