KEY POINTS:
A hearing involving men who were arrested following the aggravated robbery and fatal shooting of South Auckland liquor store owner Navtej Singh has begun - but all details are suppressed. The hearing, which is expected to take two weeks, started in the Manukau District Court yesterday morning but Judge Semi Epati issued a temporary suppression order preventing publication of the accused's names, the charges they are facing and all evidence given in court. The suppression is to be reviewed after Judge Epati hears from a lawyer representing the media.
