There is widespread disappointment about an appeal against a decision to pay "overnight" care workers the minimum wage.
IHC provider Idea Services is appealing a Court of Appeal ruling made last month about IHC carers employed to do sleepover shifts.
Public Service Assocation (PSA) spokesman Richard Wagstaff says it is another delay in paying workers what they're entitled. He says it remains to be seen how far the process will go and doubts if the Supreme Court will even hear the appeal.
