KEY POINTS:
An Army officer will appear at a court martial in Wellington on Monday facing charges relating to "financial irregularities" during an overseas posting.
The officer faces two charges of committing a civil offence contrary to the Armed Forces Discipline Act.
The court martial will be held at Trentham Military Camp in the Hutt Valley.
