A non-commissioned officer of the Defence Force is facing 13 charges including sexual offences.
The officer will be tried at a Court Martial starting on February 9 at Linton Military Camp, Palmerston North.
The charges, which are alleged to have taken place in the vicinity of Waiouru, are indecent assault, sexual violation, inducing sexual connection by threat and doing an act likely to prejudice service discipline.
The Court Martial hearing has been set down for one week.
