A man whose car was being driven by Auckland dairy murder accused James Lawrie will appear in the Auckland District Court today after he was arrested in Lower Hutt.
Minh Hong Nguyen, 32, was arrested on Saturday for breaching his bail.
He was remanded in custody to appear on several historical charges, including possessing an offensive weapon, and three counts of possessing cannabis for supply.
Detective Sergeant Lloyd Schmid said police also hoped to speak to Nguyen, who is Vietnamese, in connection with the killing of Auckland dairy worker Bhagubhai Vaghela on June 19.
