KEY POINTS:
A High Court judge has issued a temporary order forbidding the Family Court from releasing any more court judgments in the Jayden Headley saga.
Barry Hart, lawyer for the 6-year-old's mother, Kay Skelton, argued that the release of such information would prejudice his client's right to a fair trial.
Justice Paul Heath ordered the Family Court to release no further judgments before the High Court at Hamilton could hear Mr Hart's application on Wednesday.
Justice Heath made no order about publication of material already released.
