Two men will appear in court today in relation to the death of 13-year-old Christchurch girl Jade Bayliss.
A 34-year-old has been charged with her murder, and also faces charges of arson and burglary.
A 40-year-old man has been charged with being an accessory after the fact.
Detective Inspector Greg Williams confirmed the two men had appeared in court last Friday charged with harassment in relation to Jade's mother.
"The two men are known to the family, one of the men was briefly going out with the mother of the deceased.''
