The four men charged with murdering North Otago farm worker Justin McFarlane will appear in the High Court at Timaru this morning.
Mr McFarlane, 25, was killed in his Elderslie home near Oamaru three weeks ago.
Police have charged four people with murder - Steven Boskell, Ryan Geary-Smart and two others who have name suppression.
Three others have also been arrested and charged with being an accessory after the fact, those charges relate to the tampering of evidence and helping the four accused evade police.
Police aren't ruling out further charges in relation to the goings-on after the slaying of Mr McFarlane.
