KEY POINTS:
A Palmerston North couple were seriously injured after their car careered over a 10m-15m bank and rolled south east of Dannevirke early today.
A Square Trust Rescue Helicopter spokesperson said the accident happened just before 5am on Totoramahunga Road.
The 35-year-old woman was thrown from the car sustaining a number of injuries and was flown to Palmerston North hospital.
The man was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Their conditions were not available.
