Nominations for the 2015 Charles Rooking Carter Community Awards are now open.
The awards were created by the Carterton District Council in 1994 to acknowledge volunteer work, business innovation and achievements in the Carterton community.
The categories are: the Voluntary Community Services Award, the Achievers Award, the Boosting Business Award, the Emerging Enterprises Award, the Bravery and Strong Action Award, and the Charles Rooking Carter Supreme Award.
Nominations close at 5pm on Friday May 15 and the awards dinner will be held on Saturday June 13.
