Homeowners are being put off energy-efficient options by cost and doubts over technology, a survey has found.
Victoria University graduate Lauren Christie investigated why homeowners who said they valued sustainable options such as solar water-heating panels and double glazing were not prepared to pay for them. "A lot of people... don't believe it's money they will get back."
