Some patrons who dined in corporate hospitality areas of Eden Park during Saturday's All Blacks-Ireland test have been struck by gastroenteritis.
Auckland Regional Public Health was notified of the outbreak on Tuesday. But medical officer of health Greg Simmons says it is unclear how many people have been affected.
Anyone who attended the match in the corporate areas and is feeling ill is advised to contact their doctor fast.
Norovirus, a cause of gastroenteritis, is highly infectious and can be spread through eating food or water contaminated by sewage.
