Coroner wants cannabis tests

The Motueka coroner wants compulsory cannabis testing after all accidents, following the deaths of two teenagers in car crashes.

Jim Fry says New Zealand needs to adopt a blood limit for THC - the active ingredient in cannabis - to highlight the point at which it becomes dangerous for a user to drive or operate machinery, the Nelson Mail reported.
