Matatā police operation: Cordons lifted

Cordons have been lifted after a police operation near the Bay of Plenty town of Matata.

A police spokeswoman said it was a “routine pre-planned warrant for arrest.”

Police arrived at 4.30am.

There were no arrests and police inquiries continued.
